25 October 1944 - Left Camp Polk for Camp Kilmer, NJ at 1247 hours.
28 October 1944 - Arrived Camp Kilmer at 1500 hours.
6 November 1944 - Entrained at Camp Kilmer at 1140, arrived NYPE 1250 hours.
7 November 1944 - Sailed at 1140 enroute overseas, destination unknown.
18 November 1944 - Arrived Bristol Bay, England awaiting incoming tide to tie up.
19 November 1944 - Landed at Newport, England, enroute to Tidworth.
20 November 1944 - Stationed at Tidworth on Sa1isbury Plain to draw equipment.
4 January 1945
 
- Left Tidworth at 0650 for staging area at Chickerel1, arrived Chickere11 at 1900 hours. Slept in tents, no fires.
5 January 1945
 
- Departed Chickere11 for Portland, England and Boarded LSTs. Weymouth is main part of city. Company split up and traveled in different sections and times.
6 January 1945 - Left England bound for France.
7 January 1945 - Arrived LeHavre, France, disembarked from ships and drove to St. Hel1ier, France.
9 January 1945
 
- Left St. Hellier for Rheims, France at 2340 hours. Weather cold, snowing, blowing, and extremely slick roads. Tanks had rough going most of the way.
10 January 1945
 
 
- Arrived 3 miles southeast of Sept Saulx, 12 miles southeast of Rheims. Bivouaced in woods with about 6 or 8 inches of snow, no pup-tents as ground was too frozen, very cold.
12 January 1945
 
- Left Sept Sau1x bivouac at 0915, bivouaced 25 miles west of Verdun, in open field, weather, cold and snow quite deep.
13 January 1945
 
- Left area west of Verdun 0230, arrived Morvil1e-Sur-Sie11e, 5 mi1es east of Pont-a-Mousson at 1000. Worst part of trip, severe cold, high wind and lots of snow.
3 February 1945
 
- Departed from Morvi11e-Sur-Sie11e at 0430 enroute~to vicinity Longuyon, and Longway, France, Ar1on, Neufchateau, St. Hubert, Marche and Leige, Belgium.
4 February 1945 - Arrived Vilt Holland at 1130.
19 February 1945
 
 
- Departed Vilt at 1125, arrived Hingen, out of Echt, Holland at 1405. Battalion here relieved British Tank Brigade and was in first action. Division in 9th Army and battalion acted as holding force pending Roer offensive.
28 February 1945
 
- Big push started. Left Hingen, Holland 0525, arrived at Hucke1hoven, Germany at 2130 hours. Driving for Rhine.
1 March 1945 - Left Hucke1hoven, Germany at 0505, arrived Gerderhahn, Germany at 0645.
2 March 1945 - Left Gerderhahn at 1010, arrived Voge1srath, Germany at 2125.
3 March 1945
 
 
- Departed Voge1srath at 0915, arrived Grefrath, Germany at 1125. Settled here awaiting thrust and bridgeheads over Rhine. Division pulled back into reserve, relieved by 5th Arm'd.
23 March 1945 - Rhine offensive started.
26 March 1945
 
- Left Grefrath, Germany at 2105, crossed Rhine, arrived 1 mile north of Bruckhausen, Germany at 0740, 27 March 1945.
29 March 1945
 
 
 
 
- Departed Bruckhausen 0630, arrived Zwecke1, vicinity of G1adbach at 1025. Division carrying right flank of 9th Army along Ruhr Valley and Battalion on right flank of Division. Division carried on against some of heaviest concentration of German artillery in this sector. G-2 reported approximately 1800 88mms along Division front. German resistance very stiff.
1 April 1945
 
 
- Left Zweckel at 1255, arrived at Bork, Germany 1625. Ruhr Valley cut off by 1ink-up of 2nd Arm'd. and 9th Arm'd. at Paderborn. Division pulled off pocket to fall in behind units of 2nd Arm'd. to hold flanks. Division relieved by 95th Inf. Division.
2 April 1945 - Left Bork 1340 enroute to Paderborn.
3 April 1945
 
 
 
- Arrived Elsen 1140 and departed at 1655, with destination Lippstadt. Army Intelligence had found that there were two German Armies and at least one Panzer Division in Ruhr pocket. Division Orders changed and sent back to cut into Ruhr pocket so Infantry could take over.
4 April 1945 - Arrived Lippstadt at 0240.
9 April 1945
 
- Departed from Lippstadt at 1255 and arrived in Soest at 1350. Battalion in action south of Soest, also to the west. Fighting severe all through this sector.
10 April 1945
 
 
 
- Left Soest at 1425, arrived at Westonnen at 1625. Battalion fought toward west on left flank of Division with left flank exposed to German fire from across Ruhr River. Elements of 17th Airborne Division, on south side of river but at some distance to the rear, unable to catch up to this division.
14 April 1945
 
 
 
- Left Westonnen at 0805. This was last action of Division. We were relieved by 17th Airborne Division. At fall of the Ruhr pocket approximately 300,000 prisoners had been taken, including dead and wounded, also cutting off the largest source of war materials in Germany.
15 April 1945 - Arrived Wedtlenstedt 0630.
16 April 1945
 
- Departed from Wedtlenstedt at 0810, through Braunschweig (Brunswick) arriving at Strobeck at 1825.
21 April 1945
 
 
 
- Left Strobeck, Germany at 1720; arrived in Gos1ar 2010. Battalion took up duties of occupying forces. Also worked at repatriation of Allied PWs and Displaced Persons. Battalion units located in Harz Mountains had trouble with SS troops and "Werewolves" caused considerable nuisance raids.
8 May 1945 - V-E DAY
9 May 1945
 
- Left Goslar at 0920, arrived in Hattorf at 1205. Territory in this area came under British control as British had this section allotted for occupation.
5 June 1945
 
 
- Departed from Hattorf at 0805 to area one mile south of Weimar. Approximately two kilometers from this area was infamous Buchenwald concentration camp. Weather fine, warm, and mostly traveled on Autobahn.
6 June 1945 - Left Weimar at 0530 and arrived in bivouac area 2 miles north of Weiden at 2105.
7 June 1945
 
 
- Left Weiden, at 0530 and arrived in Stankov, Czechos1ovakia at 1315. Some of battalion units located in Seudeten and as occupying forces. Czechoslovakia, as a 1iberated country, has no occupation troops.
